1/2 c. dried lovage leaves or 1 c. fresh 1 c. water 1 1/4 c. grapefruit juice 3 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 bottle Certo pectin Place lovage, water and juice in saucepan. Crush leaves with masher. Boil. Remove from heat, cover and steep 10 minutes. Strain and measure 1 3/4 cups infusion. Combine sugar and infusion. Boil. Add Certo all at once, then boil for 1 minute. Stir constantly. Remove from heat, skim foam, jar and seal. |
