1/2 c. bell pepper, ground 1/2 c. hot pepper, ground 1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar 1 lg. onion, ground 6 1/2 c. sugar Few drops of red or green food coloring Cook above ingredients for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Then pour in 1 bottle of Certo (not sure jell). Stir this into mixture for 5 minutes. Pour hot jelly into jelly jars. |
