BLACKBERRY JELLY
 

5 c. washed blackberries
5 c. sugar
Water necessary to cover berries
Sure Jel

Put berries in a container and cover with water. Bring to a boil.

Mash berries and strain through cheesecloth.

Use 3 1/2 cups juice to 1 package of sure jel. Bring to a rapid boil. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour into jelly jars and seal.
