4 c. cucumbers, unpeeled 1 c. white vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1 c. sugar 2 onions 1 tsp. mustard seed Thinly slice cucumbers and onions. Combine all other ingredients and pour over cucumbers and onions. Cook in microwave-safe bowl for 15 minutes. Let set in microwave for 10 additional minutes, then pack in jars. These pickles are better if served chilled. |
