DASH POTATO WEDGIES WITH SOUR CREAM
DIP
 

3 med. baking potatoes
1/3 c. butter
2 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack, mozzarella, Swiss or cheddar cheese

Combine sour cream and 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash for dip. Cover and chill.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Scrub potatoes, pat dry and cut lengthwise into 8 wedges. Melt butter and remaining Mrs. Dash in microwave. Dip wedges into butter mixture coating all sides. Put in single layers in shallow pan, cut side down. Spoon remaining butter over wedges. Bake 25 minutes. Turn and bake 20 to 25 minutes more. Sprinkle cheese over wedges and let set until cheese is melted (3 to 5 minutes). Drain on paper towel and serve with dip or steak sauce.
