GOLDEN POTATO CASSEROLE
 

1 pkg. OreIda hashbrowns, defrost
1/2 stick butter
2 c. shredded cheese
2 c. sour cream
1-2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

In medium saucepan over low heat, combine butter and cheese until almost melted. Remove from heat. Blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes, stir lightly. Bake in buttered 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
