4 salmon steaks, 1" thick 3/4 c. dry, white wine Salt, lightly to taste 1 tsp. finely chopped tarragon or 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Place salmon steak in shallow baking dish. Pour on wine and sprinkle with tarragon. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. |
