1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 (1 lb.) can (2 c.) chili with beans 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can (2 1/2 c.) hominy, drained (yellow or white) 2 tbsp. olives, pitted, sliced 1/2 c. shredded cheese Cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned. Stir in remaining ingredients (except cheese). Spoon into 2-quart casserole dish. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Continue baking 5 minutes more. |
