HAM AND BEAN POT PIE
 

1 pkg. ham hocks (or 1 sm. ham)
1/2 lb. sm. Navy beans
1 lg. onion, diced
Salt to taste

Boil ham hocks or ham until the ham falls easily apart; boil with onions. Remove ham from the bones and place meat back in the broth; add beans. Cook until beans are done. Add pot pie dough.

DOUGH:

Flour
Water
Touch of salt

Mix into a dough, roll out and cut into squares; flour real good. Add pot pie dough when beans are done (water must be boiling). Put on simmer for 15 minutes, after 15 minutes are up, stir. Ready to eat.
