PEANUT BUTTER - FRUIT MUFFIN
 

3/4 c. muffin mix (see above recipe)
1/4 c. wheat germ
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/3 c. dried bite size fruit pieces
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tsp. sugar

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine muffin mix, wheat germ, brown sugar, and dried fruit.

In small bowl lightly beat milk, peanut butter, oil, and egg. Add to dry mixture; stir until combined. Do not over mix.

Spoon into muffin cups. Bake 13-15 minutes.
