1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts 3/4 c. brown sugar Mix all ingredients, pour in greased pan (9 x 9 or 8 x 12 inch). Top with chopped nuts and brown sugar. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream. |
