17 oz. can fruit cocktail 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows 1/4 c. maraschino cherries 1 1/2 c. whipped topping or sweetened whip cream 2 med. bananas 1 med. apple Lettuce leaves Drain fruit cocktail, slice bananas, coarsely chop apples and cut cherries in half. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce and whipped topping, mixing lightly. Gently fold in whipped topping. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve. Spoon salad onto lettuce plates; garnish with additional maraschino cherries, if desired. |
