1 c. butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 3/4 c. pecans 2 1/4 c. flour (plain) 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Then flour and salt, 3/4 cups pecans. Chill for an hour. Roll into ball. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar after they have finished baking. |
