SWISS CHOCOLATE ROLL UP
 

Put all in blender: 2 tsp. vanilla 4 tsp. cocoa 2 slices white bread, make in crumbs 2 eggs 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. soda 2/3 c. no fat dry milk Sweetener to equal 2 tbsp. sugar

Blend until real smooth. Line a 9"x13" pan with wax paper, spray with Pam. Pour dough in pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 or 12 minutes. Cool.

Mix together: Sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Spread this over cake and roll up. Chill. Real good.
