CHINESE COLESLAW
 

1 head cabbage, chopped by hand so it stays dry
4 green onions, diced
1 c. diced chicken, turkey or crab (optional)
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, broken (do not cook)

TOAST:

3 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Cool and mix with above.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
Flavoring from Ramen noodles
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. M.S.G.

Mix dressing with cabbage by hand.
