DUTCH BABY PANCAKES
 

6 eggs
1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter, melted

Beat eggs with whisk or electric mixer until well blended. Add milk and butter. Generously grease bottom and sides of 2 unheated 8 or 9 inch cake pans and pour half the batter in each. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 5-10 minutes. Do not open oven until last 5 minutes of baking time. Serve immediately top with your choice of syrup, whipped cream, strawberries, or powdered sugar.
