4 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 c. butter (1/2 lb.) Salt 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. anise (vanilla or cardamon) Beat eggs, add sugar gradually. Beat until smooth. Add cooled melted butter and flavoring. Add flour and baking powder; add to egg mixture, batter will be sticky. Drop by heaping teaspoons on pizzelle mold electric stove. Use 2nd highest heat 20 seconds on each side. |
