CHINESE CABBAGE
 

1 lg. head Napa cabbage, shredded
5 green top onions, chopped

Combine and set aside. In frying pan combine:

1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. crumbled Ramen noodles (without seasoning packet)
1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sesame seeds

Fry until lightly brown.

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce

Add crumbly topping just before serving.
