CHINESE BARBEQUED PORK
 

2 lb. pork tenderloin
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Cut each pork tenderloin into 2 lengthwise strips. Mix remaining ingredients in large glass bowl. Stir in pork and roll to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove pork from marinade, drain. Place pork on rack in roasting pan, bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until done. 160 degrees on meat thermometer.
