HAM, TORTELLINI, BROCCOLI TOSS IN
SWISS AND CARAWAY SAUCE
 

1 pkg./box tortellini of choice
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1/2 lb. ham, cut in chunks
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. caraway seeds
3/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. coarse ground brown mustard

Ham can be substituted with any sausage as well.

Cook tortellini in boiling water 15 minutes. Add broccoli and ham, reduce heat, simmer 5-10 minutes.

In medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and caraway seed. Add milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in cheese and mustard until cheese melts. Remove from heat. Drain tortellini mix; add cheese sauce; toss until coated. Serve at once. Serves 4.
