1 c. mayonnaise 1 lb. salmon, drained and flaked 1 tbsp. mustard Juice of 1 lemon Salt and pepper 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. cream 1 can onion rings 19 inch sq. baking dish or 4 miniature muffin trays Mix all ingredients, except onions. Put onions in bottom of dish. Pour mixture over onions. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. |
