SALMON PIE
 

2 (1 1/2 lb.) fresh salmon (steaks or fillets)
or 2 cans 15 1/2 oz. each salmon (red is best)
1 c. finely chopped onions
6-8 boiled potatoes (med. size)
2 pkg. Flako pie crust mix or any pie crust
1 tsp. milk
2-3 tbsp. oil

Stir fry onions and salmon in oil. Take out bones while frying. Mash potatoes. Mix with salmon and onions them mash again. Prepare pie crust mix. Line 2 pie pans with pie crust and spoon in salmon mixture. Put top crust over salmon mixture. Brush milk over top crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until crust is brown. Serve with catsup. Makes 8 servings or more depending on size of serving.
