1/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic
4 (6 oz.) salmon steaks
Mix all, put steaks in shallow dish and cover with marinade, cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Grill 5 minutes, turn and brush with marinade 5 more minutes until flakes.
It is good on chicken also and if all of marinade is not used, it will keep in refrigerator.
