2 lb. thinly sliced salmon 1 tsp. finely chopped ginger 1 med. onion, finely chopped 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. water 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped Cut salmon into bite pieces and marinate in sauce of ginger, garlic, onion, sugar, soy sauce and water for 1 1/2 hours. In a shallow pan, broil fish for 3-5 minutes on each side. Serve hot. Makes 6 servings. |
