1 lb. perch or flounder fillets 1/2 c. light mayonnaise 1/2 c. dill pickle juice Spray baking dish with Pam spray. Arrange fillets in the pan. Whip mayonnaise and pickle juice until well mixed. Spread over fillets and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Surprisingly good and low calories if you use diet mayonnaise. |
