1/4 c. butter 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. basil leaves 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes Black pepper 4 salmon steaks Combine 1/4 cup softened butter, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon basil leaves, 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes; mix until blended. Spread top of 4 salmon steaks with half of butter mixture and sprinkle with black pepper. Grill or broil; turn halfway through cooking and spread with remaining butter mixture. |
