4 salmon steaks (about 1 inch thick) 1/2 c. vodka 1/4 c. fresh orange juice Juice of 1 lemon 2 tbsp. coarse grained mustard 1/4 c. chopped fresh dill Place steaks in a flat dish in one layer. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish, coating on all sides. Marinate at least 20 minutes. Grill steaks (in hinged basket) over high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side. Serve immediately. |
