TUNA BROCCOLI ROLLUPS
 

1 can cream of mushroom soup
Lemon juice
1/4 c. milk (if you double recipe, do not double milk)
1 can tuna, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli (thawed & drained), cut into 1" pieces
4 oz. shredded white or yellow cheese
6 flour tortillas
1 chopped tomato

1. Combine milk, lemon juice and mushroom soup.

2. Mix tuna, broccoli and 1/2 of cheese in separate bowl.

3. Stir 3/4 cup of soup mixture into tuna.

4. Divide mixture evenly among tortillas and roll up.

5. Stir tomatoes into remaining soup mixture and spoon over top of each rollup.

6. Place rollup seam side down in greased baking dish. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

7. Top center of each tortilla with remaining cheese. Return to oven and bake 5 minutes, uncovered.
