SALMON PATTIES
 

1 lb. can salmon
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. firmly grated onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients and form 5 or 6 patties. Dip in bread crumbs and fry in 3 tablespoons butter.
