GRILLED FISH
 

2 pieces of fish (scrod, orange roughy)
Vegetables (carrots, onions, broccoli, potatoes, your choice)
1 tbsp. white wine
Dash of thyme
1 pat of butter

Place fish on a piece of foil, cut up vegetables and place on top of fish. Add white wine, thyme, and butter. Seal the foil and grill 10 minutes on each side.
