GRILLED FISH
 

2 lbs. swordfish steak or salmon fillets
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

1. Combine all ingredients. Allow fish to marinate for several hours.

2. Grill 5 minutes a side, basting. Serves 4.
