GRILLED FISH STEAKS
 

1 1/2 lb. salmon, swordfish, or halibut, steaks 3/4 - 1 inch thick
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried chervil leaves
Lemon wedges

Sprinkle fish steaks with salt and pepper. Mix butter, lemon juice and chervil. Cover and grill fish about 4 inches from medium coals, turning once and brushing 2-3 times with butter mixture, until fish flakes easily with fork, 15-25 minutes. Cut into serving pieces. Serve with lemon wedges. 5 servings; 345 calories per serving.
