SALMON FETTUCCINE
 

1 can salmon, deboned
1 box fettuccine noodles
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
White sauce (see recipe below)

Cook noodles and spinach separately and drain. Mix noodles and spinach and add salmon. Season to taste (a good one to add is McCormicks Salt and Spice). Pour white sauce over the top and stir.

WHITE SAUCE:

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add 4 tablespoons of flour with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until bubbly. Add 2 cups of milk and heat until sauce starts to thicken.

Recipe serves 4 if used as a side dish. If used as the main course, it serves 2.
