1 can salmon, drained and deboned 1 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. soda, dissolved in buttermilk 1 egg 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs or enough to make stiff Salt and pepper to taste Mix salmon, milk, and eggs thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients. Make small balls and roll in cracker crumbs. Deep fry until brown. Drain on paper towel. |
