TROUT MARINADE
 

2/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. celery flakes
1/2 tsp. tarragon

Shake well. Clean fish. Dry and place in shallow dish or plastic bag. Add marinade. Let set for 2 hours. Charcoal or broil fish.
