SALMON DIJON
 

4 salmon filets or salmon steaks
4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 tsp. garlic, chopped
Lemon (fresh wedge) to taste

Spray pan or foil with non-stick spray. Place fish or tray or foil. Cover with mustard and garlic and lemon juice. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or Bar-be-que on grill.
