TACO FISH
 

1 tbsp. butter to grease baking dish
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 c. mild taco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/3 c. coarsely grated Cheddar cheese

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking dish that is just large enough to hold fish fillets in one layer. (A 9 inch pie plate is about right.)

2. Put fish in baking dish. Pour taco sauce over fish. Sprinkle with salt and chili powder. Place baking dish in oven and bake until fish flakes easily when touched with a fork, about 25 minutes.

3. When fish is done, remove baking dish from oven and sprinkle cheese over fish. Serve immediately. You can make 4 servings of Taco Fish with this recipe.
