3 lbs. catfish fillets 2 sticks melted butter 1 tsp. cayenne (red) pepper 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. rosemary, crushed 1/2 tsp. tarragon 1 1/2 tbsp. paprika 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. garlic powder Mix butter and seasonings together.
