2 can tuna, 6 1/2 oz. 8 1/2 oz. corn meal 2 eggs 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tbsp. garlic powder 1 c. 1/2% milk Mash tuna well or fine. Mix eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and milk. Add to tuna, mix well. Add corn meal, mix well. Let stand 10 minutes. Fry, cook medium low. Brown both sides. Makes 20 fish cakes. |
