1 can white tuna, drained 1/2 c. matzo meal 3 eggs, separated 1 onion, grated 1 carrot, sliced Salt & pepper to taste Mix tuna, onion and matzo meal together. Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold them into mixture. Pour 4 cups boiling water into a large pot with sliced onion and carrot. Add salt and pepper. Drop fish from tablespoon and cook, covered for 20 minutes. |
