BREADED HERBED FISH FILLETS
 

1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. chicken-flavored bouillon
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dried whole dillweed
1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 (4 oz.) farm-raised catfish fillets
Butter-flavored vegetable cooking spray

Combine first 9 ingredients. Coat fillets with cooking spray; dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve immediately.
