1 lb. fish 8 slices trimmed white bread 1 tbsp. parsley 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 lemon (juiced) 1/4 lb. melted butter Salt and pepper Using fresh bread, trim crust off bread. Shred bread. Mix parsley, thyme, salt and pepper into shredded bread. Dip fish into melted butter, then pat into bread crumbs. Place in baking dish or pan and bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Baste with lemon juice, reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake 10-15 minutes more. |
