HICKORY SMOKED FLAVOR ULTIMATE SALMON
STEAK
 

Char-grill seasoning
Salmon steaks
2 tsp. butter
Soy sauce, if desired
Mayonnaise, if desired
Square foil pan
Flour
1/5 c. wine

Sprinkle char-grill seasoning over salmon. Put the salmon into plastic bag with flour, shake it. Put butter into foil pan. Then put salmon into pan. Bake at 400 degrees until cooked.

Just before it is done, take out. Put wine and lemon on top. Add soy sauce and/or mayonnaise, if you like. Bake until golden brown.
