SAUSAGE EGG CHEESE CASSEROLE
 

2 1/4 c. seasoned croutons
1 1/2 lbs. sausage
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook sausage in frying pan, drain fat. Place in the center of an 8 x 11 inch pan. Mix the eggs, milk, soup and mustard; pour over sausage in the pan. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove foil. Sprinkle with croutons as desired, then sprinkle cheddar cheese. Bake 50 - 55 minutes.
