HAM & EGG QUICHE
 

1 pet Ritz deep dish pie crust shell (baked)
1/2 lb. ground ham
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 tsp. light cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 hard cooked eggs
1 c. shredded cheddar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle hard cooked eggs in bottom of pie crust. Top with ham and cheese. Combine beaten eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over filling. Bake on re-heated cookie sheet until mixture is set, about 35 minutes, let stand before serving.
