MAKE AHEAD EGG CASSEROLE
 

2 doz. eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. grated cheese

Mix eggs and milk and heat until scrambled. Add remaining ingredients. May be prepared ahead and refrigerated. If refrigerated, remove one hour before baking. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour.
