1 pt. heavy cream 2 sticks butter 1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. fresh parsley Pepper to taste Chopped garlic 2-3 tbsp. tomato paste 1 lb. tortellini Melt butter. Stir in heavy cream, chopped garlic, parsley, and pepper. Add cheese. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons tomato paste. Heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over freshly cooked tortellini. |
