2 lbs. ground chuck 1 c. crackers 1/3 c. dried parsley 2 eggs 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. catsup 2 tbsp. chopped onion Combine meat ingredients and blend. Form into balls and place in pan. Mix sauce ingredients and heat. SAUCE: 1 lb. cranberry sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 (12 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes. |
