TARTER SAUCE 1: Take back of fork or spoon and mash 1 tablespoon capers and 3 tablespoons minced onion together. Add mayonnaise and you have tartar sauce.
TARTER SAUCE 2: 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup chopped dill pickle, 1/4 cup chopped onion and 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, Tabasco to taste. Mix well and refrigerate.
