(1/8" thick) cucumber slices 1 c. thinly sliced onion, separated into rings 2 med. ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges DRESSING: 1/4 c. red or white wine vinegar 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. vegetable oil Combine dressing ingredients in large bowl. Add cucumbers, onion and tomatoes; toss to coat. Let stand about 15 minutes before serving. 6 servings. |
